On Beauty
2 journalers for this copy...
Picked this up on our February 2008 PA trip.
This book was beautifully written, but didn't really grab my interest from the start. While I did become more interested in the story itself as I progressed (rather than just the writing), I can't say that I liked this book too much. Hopefully the next reader will get more out of it than I did.

I was wandering around a Value Village in Toronto and I found this book. I have been wanting to read it ever since I read "White Teeth" by Zadie Smith, which I absolutely loved. I hope this one is as good. I am planning on reading it while on a trip to Arizona...and perhaps releasing it into the wild there...
