I'll likely be stoned for saying as much, but this is not my favorite of Shakespeare's plays (nor is Shakespeare my favorite playwrite, actually...). That said, there are a few fantastic scences, especially as Hamlet is feigning madness. And it is one of those classics cited and quoted every other minute.
