Well, it's sort of a business book (that's what it says on the back of the book.) The catchy title caught my interest - but it's not really about reading e-mail in the morning. It's more about shaping your career and being efficient, useful, and assertive in your work.
It's OK - but if you've been in the professional work force as long as I have, it's old hat.
