An excellent guide to cheese!

Little thumbnail sketches of cheeses, recipes and a brief history of cheese.

Cheeses to try: Colston Bassett Stilton (one of the best Stiltons), Comte (a French cheese), Cornish Yarg, Cote Hill Blue, Gevrik (a creamy goat's cheese, gevrik is Cornish for little goat), Lincoln Blue, Lincolnshire Poacher, Manchego (a Spanish cheese), Wild Garlic Yarg.

Most, if not all of these cheeses, can be obtained from The Deli in North Camp, a BookCrossing zone.
