An astonishingly gripping, humorous, surreal, literary detective novel.
A young man running a small advertising company gets a postcard from his partner depicting a rural scene with the suggestion that it would be perfect for an advertising campaign. Suddenly he receives a visit from a sinister black suited man who offers him a menacing ultimatum - he must find one of the sheep in the picture (it has a star on its back) or face dire consequences.
Written with the wit, style and elan of Dashiel Hammett or Raymond Chandler and the imagination of David Lynch, it is fantastic.
Will never be released.
