You're a star Chelseagirl for sending this to me from my wishlist. I was really hoping that I would get it. Can't wait to read it but I should read a couple of rings I've got ahead of this but I think it will be the first of my exchange books to read.

Well, this was my first exchange book to read I just couldn't resist it. As soon as I picked it up I just wanted to sit down and just read and read. Tess Gerritsen books are so easy to get into. Although I enjoyed it,I don't think it was my favourite one. I wasn't too keen on the dark things in the book although it didn't stop me reading it.

You need to suspend a certain amount of disbelief when reading The Mephisto Club. Certain procedural details don’t quite ring true, but it was a great read none the less. There were enough intertwining subplots, Rizzloi’s parent’s predicament and Dr. Isles’ love life, to give the characters enough substance to make them credible. The extra dimensions found just the right balance, supporting the story rather than taking away from it.
Thanks calalilly really enjoyed it.
