a stunning book, nearly thirty years on from when it was first written, this remains one of Cook's best. Unpredictable, twisting, really readable. Just don't read it at night...

I took this book from the box and didn't journal, sorry. I read it a long time ago and thought I might re-read it but just don't think I will get round to it so it is going in etripneys bookbox.
Taken out of the Tripney 2 bookbox.
A great read which has stood the test of time. Scary and gripping. I also enjoyed the film when I saw it some years ago.
