Alice is a girl who can talk to plants, so she wasn't too happy when her family moved from Hokkaido to Tokyo, where the trees all long for wide, open spaces. If that wasn't enough, she also meets two boys who share dreams of a soap opera-like life on the moon, a young boy who's either playing pranks on her or proposing marriage, and a horrible accident that (yes, cliche I know) changes things forever.

This shoujo (aimed at girls) manga is a mix of everything, with a generally laid-back feel but several moments where some of the over-used elements of such stories are made fun of (such as when one character points out "Jinpachi, you have flowers in your background! Ooh! You're having a 'precious beauty of youth' moment!") It's hard to tell where the story is going, but read it and you'll want to find out.
