Clark is one of those radio guys giving personal finance advice to us average people, however, he is NOT all about the money. He claims he made his money during the seventies as a travel agent. He really does seem to want to help educate people. I believe he does, in a very attainable manner. I recommend this book specifically to anyone interested in starting their realestate purchase / education.
