Didn't watch the movie but wanted to read this classic lit, so bought this edition with all C S Lewis' seven books combined in one volume. Got it from Borders at a 45% discount, as well as other books.

I'm reading this collection of 7 stories in sequence as per contents page, now finished the first 'The Magician's Nephew', going on to the 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe'. Now I know how the wardrobe came about, the lamp post tree, and the creation of Narnia - interesting.
Didn't really like the Horse and the Boy, and the Dawn Treader with too descriptive of the voyage and the landscape. Of all the characters I like Lucy, Edmund and Mr Tumnus. The actress who portrayed as Lucy is very sweet, and really brings out her character on screen. As well as Edmund.
