While visiting our 1 year old grand-daughter, Raven, we visited Powell's Books, which takes up 1 full city block, is 3 stories tall! It has it's own coffee/tea, wi-fi area, and reaturant, too !!

This is my all time 2nd book from Donna Leon, recieved from vc-mike a few weeks ago. In a hugh bookbox from Ventura, CA., chock full of wonderful brain food, cheetos chips, new labels and a Sudoku magazine - easy, fast and fun - for me???? I hope I can catch on! The Powell's Book Store sounds fantastic !! I did get to visit a Books-a-Million in 1996 ! Ok , no big deal anymore!
