27/10/07-Its set out so simply you cant fail to miss the point. No science or lectures, just sensible statements and a wry look at yourself. An amusing 3 hour-or-so read, that leaves you happy before you have changed anything in your life: he makes it seem as if you don't have to change much, really. A must-read for those inclined to a sedentary, bookish lifestyle. (;~}

Sorry I've had this so long. Personal problems holding me up as well as my son ripping the cover. I can't afford to replace it now, but will tape cover back on and send it on so it is moving again and replace with a new one when I have some extra money! Hope that's ok!
