I was distressed, annoyed and tired because i just finished from a six hour shift from the local supermrket. i wanted to go home real bad but my dad forgot to pick me up from work and my mobile was flat PLUS i had my final year exams to think of which was coming up in the next two days, and i really needed to study for it. so with all these tangled feelings and thoughts i absent-mindedly stumbled into the phonebooth, ready to whine and whinge at my dad like the biggest brat ever. but to my pleasant suprise, i found this book just lying there. and all these irate feelings were replaced with excitement and a sort of sense of thrill (how many times do you have a chance to catch a book?).

Being a douche, I read the whole book for the entire night instead of studying. It was okay - readable but very predictable. I didn't get the ending though, how Lizzie and Sergeant McDowell knew that the Bogeyman is still out there. Maybe it's a metaphor for all the bad people that is still in society, eg peadophiles, psychpaths and murderers. i don't know...

I'm not sure where to put the book for the next succesor. i'm thinking of asking my Dad to drop it off in Belgium (he's going to see his family there). that would be so cool if its read in France. sigh...(i love France) well, I'm handing it down to my sister to read it.

I don't know why but i wanted the book out of my sight, fast, so i left it in the 'wild' of Angus and Robertson, in the city. i just hope someone will pick it up and not think that it's one of the store's books (i only realised that after leaving).

I found the book hidden at my work :)
I work in a bookshop, so I was surprised that it was hidden there :)
