Dark Tort
2 journalers for this copy...
Another good addition to the series. Although the killer is easily identifiable, the characters make it well worth reading. Not so much Marla in this book - wondering if she'll be phased out now that the Jerk is gone. 13th in the series

A group of people with cognitive disablities went on an outing into an area on Maui called the Iao Valley. One of the women came out of the pavilion with this book and took it to her counselor. She very much likes books, even though she is completely illiterate. She carried it all day and then gave it to the counselor to read. (She didn't want it read TO her, she just wanted it to be read. The counselor was intrigued by the concept of of "freeing" books and then tracking them, but she feels uncomfortable using the computer, so she passed the book to me, an avid reader and a computer afficionado.
