This was the first Anita Shreve book I''ve read. My Mother in Law left it for me to read after a visit. I found the detached voice in the narrative very different to read and I was intrigued with how it would all end. What an odd man. I was thinking of rereading it, but as I''ve had it for quite a while I will send it on instead.
