RELEASE NOTES:
Will be dropping this in the mail today to UnwrittenLibra...enjoy!
Book arrived here in Baltimore, MD, while I was away at college in Amherst, MA. I'm incredibly backlogged and this might not get read for a little while but it came, it's safe, and I am happy.
Hmm...not really that much to say. It wasn't the worst thing I ever read...but it was rather antiquated and hard to understand. Too many characters, not enough action, but I got some of the underlying themes. Mrs. Kilman sure was a great character.
Sending off to iliotropio today.
Has been mailed to iliotropio. Go, book, go!
The book has arrived safely in Brussels. Thanks again UnwrittenLibra!
A classic is a classic is a classic!
On its way to k2005. Happy reading!
just received this today, i'm very excited about reading it but i have several books to finish first!
mailed to fohla-de-outono on the 9th of june. hmm, took a while to get into and i can't say it was fantastic but i found it interesting.
The book has arrived two days ago.
I have one book finish first, but I promise to be quick!
Thank you very much for sending and sharing!
I finally finished it!
It took me a while to read it because I felt some parts were a little difficult to get through.
But I insisted and I must say I liked it!
Thanks for sharing, Chiboiler.
I'm sending the book to Scrutiny!

Sorry I kept this for so long - I tried to get into it, couldn't, then time got away from me! This is going in the mail on Monday to ajsmom.
Received today, all the way from Hong Kong! Thank you!
This book was certainly challenging, but I enjoyed it for its' historical importance, as well as its' descriptions of people. Given that it was the first "book in a day" I enjoyed the flow of passing people and having them included in the story. (That was the historical bit). Once the party got going, Woolf's descriptions seemed to sharpen up - the perceptions of each individual and their little misunderstandings were more deeply emphasized. I also went back and read the introduction which clarified some things for me.
Sorry nobody else really liked it! I will PM GateGypsy now.
GateGypsy has read it, so if it's okay with everyone, I will offer this book to the 1001-library.
Thanks so much for your donation
ajsmom!
