Have my own copy of this book.I loved the same author''s ''How Proust Can Change Your Life''.This follows a similar pattern- each chapter is devoted to a particular problem such as a broken heart or inadequacy and how consolation can be found in the works of philosophers such as Socrates and Schopenhauer.
