First, my apologies for taking so long to move this on. I made my changes quickly, but then life happened. Mostly in the form of a gravely ill kitty and numerous trips back and forth across the valley to the Vet.

Next, I did not get delivery confirmation. Instead, I insured the box, because boxes and envelopes are suddenly arriving empty.* (and audios are more expensive and harder to replace) The insurance tracking is 1310 0460 0000 6470 2024

* Maybe I'm just feeling paranoid, but Gory's LBGT box, and bookstogive's I Hate SF box have both ended up contentless in the past month. And last week I had a priority mail envelope in my mailbox from hagathorn; with a torn back and nothing inside (she said it had been a book and a tealight) :( And that's just what I know about~~

Yikes! This turned up on my doorstep and I'm totally unprepared. I'd resigned up for the box on the condition that I could bow out, if needed, because I knew between the publishing of the last Wheel of Time book (husband is involved in the editing etc) and the work we're doing in preparation for a move, it would be iffy if I could participate. (Aside from the renovations and repair, we also sorting through our home library clearing out stuff to put the house on the market.) We have over 5,000 books here butI don't think I have any audio books to share. Had I known I was up, I would have asked to be skipped. I may have one book, left from another audio box, but can't get into the room right now, as a new floor is being installed. I'll PM the person next on the list, and send the box off untouched. Sorry. Please remove me from the list.

Well, I intercepted this "Book" box as it was being returned to BookLady331. I don't really get much 'listening' time, as I don't drive to and from work and I don't have a small cd player in the house, only the one attached to the stereo system, but I took out the set called Leonardo's Swans. I'm not sure what I'll replace it with yet.

Edited to add: I also took out "The Virgin Blue" and will not actually have something to replace them with until we go to the Goodwill Bookstore for our meet-up on Friday, but I have the 2 BCID numbers all set up and ready to go!!

Arrived here in Fort Myers yesterday! Just a quick bridge crossing from home! Dad-i-libri is really the one in this house who listens to the CDs in the car. I have no commute. LOL. Walk to and from work. He has chosen "Creative Real Estate from A to Z" (9 CDs,) Angels of Wrath First Team (4 CDs, I think,) and Step on a Crack.

I'll have to look around and see what I have to replace them with. Would you like to plan a get-together for me to get the box to you? I will call you or send a PM soon.

OK. Here goes. We had taken out three sets for Dad-i-Libri to listen to in the car. However, Libretto #2 totaled our family vehicle (all safe and sound, thank God) and the new vehicle has no CD player. SO ... we're putting BACK the three CD sets we took out. We're also adding one set into the box that we were going to use to replace a set we took out, but at this point we'll just add it in.

The set we're adding is A TREE GROWS IN BROOKLYN by Betty Smith. It's an UNabridged set with twelve CDs. (LINK)

Will call Booklady331 to arrange a meet-up and drop off the box!
