Tressa has decided that it is no longer fun to be the dumb one. And just in time because she is going to need all the brains she can get to get out of this alive.

This kind of reminded me of a John Grisham novel. What is worse than discovering that you got drove the wrong car home from work? How about the really cute Ranger finding 30 condoms in your glove compartment? Still not the worst day ever? Well maybe the corpse in the trunk will put it over the top.

There is a strange mix of crime thriller and down home realism and quirky characters to keep this book interesting. It still ranks below average because I didn't really care much what happened in the end. Although whether the ranger wound up with a racoon on his ass kept me entertained until the end.
