WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
Journal Entry 3 by dave-and-jenn from Leeds, West Yorkshire United Kingdom on Friday, September 12, 2008
Just two days after reading the article in the Metro and thinking what a cool idea this website and the act of releasing books into the wild is, I picked up this book while browsing the shelves in the charity shop. Iain Banks is a favourite author, I love Raw Spirit (his whiskey book), so I always snap up anything I haven't got by him, so I went straight for Walking On Glass, one of the few I haven't already got. Coincidence, chance, fate, whatever... a bookcrossing book! Pure luck!
Even though I like to keep books, and this one certainly has a place on the shelf, I will let it go free again.... just as soon as I get round to reading it.
I wonder where it went between the pub and the chairty shop? Its a while since Nigel released it, hopefully he's still around to see this!
