Thanks very much! This looks like a very good read.
Wow - such an emotional wallop packed into such a small book. It leaves one breathless and gasping for air - literally and figuratively. A elegant little gem of a book, not one wasted word; so many small and painful truths etched into the narrative like scratches on glass. A fine piece of writing, and a truly wrenching reading experience. Thanks so much for sharing this!

Oof! Not exactly a fun read, but utterly gripping. Struggled to put it down, even to eat, etc.
To send to bartonz as soon as I get chance to go to the post office.

An amazingly powerful little book. Utterly believable too, in that it could have happened like that. Very powerful. Harrowing in parts.
Was replaced into the 1001+ Books VBB, and chosen by garibaldisghost, so will be sent off once I have an address.

Arrived safe and sound.
Thanks very much.
Thanks very much.
A quick read and a small 1001 Book is always welcome. However, this fictional retelling of real life events is just inappropriate and creepy.

Enjoy!!
Enjoy!!
This arrived on Friday and between then and now I devoured it. Oh my goodness. What a powerful book. It made me want to throw myself between Kelly and The Senator to stop the inevitable. Knowing what the outcome was going to be just made it a more impactful read. This was particularly so for the lost chances, eg that Kelly would never get to become friends with Lucius who sounded lovely and a million times better than The Senator.
Passed on to a friend who wanted to read this.
