I'm about half way through this book. There is some interesting information about Buddhist cultures in the Himalayas, but it isn't an unbiased look at the region. The author has her opinions and they kind of get in the way at times. I feel like she isn't presenting the facts clearly, she is pushing some agenda.
Also, there are no captions on the photos and that bugs me, I want to know where the pictures are taken and what is going on in them.
