The book is a bit strange when you first read it, as it is told by five different people; Orleanna Price, above all she is a wife and mother of four, and the four daughters, Leah, Adah, Ruth May and Rachel.
Thet go to Belgian Congo when the husbound and father gets send there as a baptist missionary.
You get to know the family and everything they go through in this new life. It is a lovely book, very well written.
