This was included in a large parcel-full of birthday gifts sent to New Zealand today in honour of VeganMedusa's upcoming birthday. I suspect, however, in checking her bookshelf today, that someone else's copy will find its way to her before this one does. Pity. Ah well -- more book trading fodder for bookrelay, perhaps? Thank you GateGypsy! I do indeed have another copy waiting to be read (the perils of doing international swaps where you have to plan and post months in advance!). But anyway, I'm sure it will come in handy. :)

I don't think I liked this as much as his other books, at least not at first. It seemed to get better in the second half, maybe I just understood more of what was happening. Still a great read.
