Picked up from a kind Rugby bookseller, this has stayed in my 'awaiting registration box' for a long time, because I know it's an 'I should read this one day' book. However, I am now facing the fact that it isn't going to be any time soon, and it's hardly likely to go out of print, so this copy is starting its journey.
