It is the summer between 7th & 8th grade and Alice is facing her fear of swimming. Alice learns to face her fears with the help of her brother when she learns that her mother loved to swim.
Not one of the best Alice books, but there is a not to be missed moment when someone pours potato salad down the back of Pamela's swimsuit.
Overall rating: C - compared to some of Alice's adventures, this one isn't that interesting.
