To add more mesquite to fire, Booker has a way with not-so-injured, attractive, married women - like Annie. As the plot thickens, so does the familial strife, which threatens to undo Booker's healing work.

This was a real surprise as I have actually read the book, but I read it in finnish so I guess that's why I didn't recognize it. I guess I'll read the book and have a taste of the way Evans writes, because all his books I've read have been translations.

I also think that I shouldn't be writing in english today.

I decided not to read this book. My Mount TBR is huge and I've already read the book in finnish. I did like it then.

I picked this up from the local BC meeting, thank you chirel for bringing this there. I have seen the movie but I have not read the book either in Finnish or English.

I will bring this back to circulation through our local meeting tonight as I did not have time to read this.

I took the book then. I have seen the movie based on this and I didn't particularly like it, so I guess I won't read the book either. (Besides, I simply don't have time.) I think I'll release this in my old hometown, Ikaalinen.
