RELEASE NOTES:

I found the book at Alvis Brothers farm shop, while on a weekend trip to the West Country. Many years ago I lived in Blagdon, a nearby community overlooking Blagdon lake. Treks to Alvis, either on the way home from work or on the weekend were always a treat as the produce and better yet the cheese were excellent. It had many years since I had been in the area and a stop at Alvis was high on the cards. In checking out, I spied the book. I recalled reading an article about 'left and loved' books and quickly picked it up. Thankfully the author (Robert Ludlum) was a minor favourite so it was not a hardship to carry the hefty tone (800 pages+) along. I am carrying it to Scotland today for a vacation on the Isle of Arran. I will leave it there to entice it other readers.

I caught the book in the ferry terminal in Brodick on the Isle of Arran, where I work. Am currently weighing it up in anticipation of a good long read! Further entries will be made at a later date...
