I thoroughly enjoyed all that this book offered. There's so much humor and sarcasm that I often laughed out loud while reading it. These characters are wonderful. Plus, Davidson has written the best sex scenes I've ever read which admittedly is not a lot. I would describe this as a fusion of "Sex and the City" meets "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" mixed with "Angel." The vampires range from sexy and captivating to annoying and B-movie, so much so that the main character can't help but to make fun of them to their fangy faces. Betsy (Elizabeth) Taylor is a new kind of Vampire Queen with style, a sense of humor, sex appeal, and shoe collection that is probably more valuable than my lifetime's total income.
I'd love to add it to my permanent collection but this puppy is too good not to share.
