Found the book at the entrance of the Arena during the Elf Fantasy Fair. My fellow carthagian army buddies were quite impressed that I found this rare scroll out there in the wild and hoped that I would learn many new interesting things from it. From the backpages, it certainly looks interesting.
It's on my nightstand now to be read after my current book.
