A good idea for a story, but what a mess! Awkward, stilted, incoherent and very vert disappointing. I got the feeling that the story hadn't been planned very well and that the author had suddenly got stuck and thrown in some famous historical figure, just to get the story moving again. Lots of cliches, and little imagination in the way in which the story unfolds. Bearing in mind the book´s brevity it´s some fault - especially with such potentially fantastic settings to play with.
