Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters

This was kind of crazy, and not nearly as well done as Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I think the idea for P&P&Z was far superior, and someone thought it was such a good idea that the author should keep going, but honestly? He should have stopped at the genious that was P&P&Z. The whole time I was reading this, I was thinking, "wait -- did that happen in the real book?" And I'm not the only one. We kept having that same conversation at book club, too.
I also hate when things like the sea witch are so obvious I figure them out halfway through the book. I'm still trying to figure out why Col. Brandon had tentacles, too.
This was an amusing read, but I wish I'd purchased my copy at Goodwill instead of paying full price for it.
