While the book's subtitle summarizes it well, I'll be short: Leading Science Fiction Authors on Douglas Adams’ The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. The anthology binds a collection of essays, all good and some really good, on various topics concerning the guide: was Adams truly a zen master?, why human factors people will never be out of a job (my favourite), Adam's impact on computer science, and things like that. I'm happy that I can enjoy Adam's thoughts in many forms from the original radio series to the novels. This book is full of inspiration spurred by Adams. A nice read for a Guide fan.
