A bit different to what I usually read but enjoyable all the same. There was the odd bit that made me a bit squeamish more so when I think about the tale at the end!

Posting to shahrun as a RABCK. Hope you like it.
Recieved this through the post this morning as a RABCK to grant a Wish on my list from the very kind Brunton11. Thank you very much. Look forward to reading this. Plan to read then release it.
I'm not sure I really liked this book. It's rather weird. I was pretty convinced it was a true(ly strange), but real story. It wasn't until I got to part 3 that it all clicked into place. Leaving me feeling slightly cheated. I did admire Pi's ingenuity in problem solving, with his limited available resources.

Book is finally on its way to next reader in Finland!
The book got here today! The reading will start immediately! Thank you Shahrun!
I finished the book yesterday and boy, this really was something else.
I liked how the book felt more like many different stories than just one singular story. The first part was a bit slow but it was about interesting topics so it wasn't a pain to read. The second part really amazed me, everything in it was great and magical. I felt Pi's misery and cheered for his problem solving skills. And the third part.. well, I felt the strongest emotions while reading it, but I can't explain those feelings without giving too much away. Let's just say I didn't expect it. At all.
Yann Martel has a very beautiful way of writing. I fell in love with his style of bringing words to life. I might read more of his books soon. Thank you Shahrun for this great book ray!

The book is on its way to France! Hope you enjoy the Life of Pi as much as I did!
I've just come back home as I was on holidays...thank you LolaRobin for the book, he was waiting for me. I'll do my best to read it as fast as I can and let it go to his next destination !
A well written book !
I wanted to stop reading the book when I started the first pages. By finishing the first part I felt very touched especially by the religious issues...The second part was fully rich of details that can be expected in such a beautiful book, and so was the last one, beautiful and consoling. It also gives a different view of patience, hope and life.

Thank you for letting me take part in reading this book. It arrived yesterday.
It'll have to wait a little, as I intend to finish a challenge first...
Edit: I have read the book in December 2016, must admit I nearly quit... But, also, keep on reading until part 3 and everything falls in place. and makes sense... Part 3 made it a really good book, I liked it in the end.
Already sent the book to Canada in early Jan 2017...
