Released on Thursday, August 26, 2004 at train passing through Elst on its way to Nijmegen in Elst, Gelderland Netherlands.
The book was released in the train going from Zwolle to Roosendaal. It was released near Elst. So the book will have travelled further south after that... It can be found in a second class wagon.
