What should we have for dinner?

Passed on from my dad.

What should we have for dinner? What should we NOT have for dinner? Wow...another eye-opening book for me this month. Pollan dissects the North American diet and discovers it's mostly made of corn, and so challenges himself to follow the trail of the beef on his plate back to the cow. It almost succeeds, but then turns him onto something much closer to the 100-Mile Diet.

Highly recommended!

What a great catch!!! I am already a member. Very clever planting on the part of the person leaving the book.
