Part Pets & Animals, part Philosophy, part Arts & Photography - not easy to categorise.

From lakelady2282 for Christmas. Thanks Deb.

Kitty likes to go travelling with me.

Please read her and make a journal entry, and if she gets lost just let me know where she is and I'll come and collect her.

Thank you.

Kitty's going to London,
but not to see the Queen.
Please make a journal entry
so we all know where she's been.

Looked through this charming cats-with-attitude book courtesy of Skyring at the Memories of India restaurant in London during the BC convention. My favorite caption was "Make immediate gratification your mantra," which more or less explains why I got to the convention at all! Thanks for sharing this book. [Gave it back to Pete; no idea where it is now {grin}.]

Journal Entry 9 by molekilby from Brithdir, Wales United Kingdom on Sunday, April 20, 2008
Cat passed this to me to read when we were taking a quiet ten minutes reading time at The Convention. The photos certainly matched the caption.

I first met Cat in a confined hotel space when we didn't know each other, but that's more for the book Cat took at the Swap!

Take care and enjoy your trip round Europe.

It made it to London allright. :-)

Looked through this book during a rather good dinner at the whatsisname restaurant, those pictures are great.

Journal Entry 13 by tasa from Kissamos (Kastelli) - Κίσσαμος (Καστέλλι), Chania Greece on Saturday, May 3, 2008
I looked through this lovely book last night at the dinner we had at "Maxalas" for the 3ed Greek bookcrossing conversion. I love cats and i liked it very much!

Journal Entry 14 by apapsa from Athens - Αθήνα, Attica Greece on Monday, May 5, 2008
This book was a nice surprise during the dinner at "Mahalas", the Cretan restaurant in Chania. I'm not a big fan of cats (despite the fact that I have one), I'm more of a dog-person, but cats *can* be adorable... And most of the cats in the book *were* adorable!!! Thank you for the lovely experience, cat2007! And I hope you had a good time in the Greek Convention!!!! :o)

Journal Entry 15 by efou from Thessaloniki - Θεσσαλονίκη, Thessaloniki Greece on Monday, May 5, 2008
I also read this lovely little book in Chania at "Clock" cafe during the second day of the "Mazoxi". I'm a cat lover too, although I never owned one! I really liked the idea of this "instant" bookring! Thanx cat207! I hope you are as excited as we are about the Convention in Crete! Kisses!

I'm really excited so I had to edit this journal entry.......from now on I own a cat!!! Yeahhh! I really do! Isn't it wonderful???

Journal Entry 16 by pengman from Hamburg - City, Hamburg Germany on Tuesday, May 6, 2008
Got it from (I don't remember, perhaps eirini1).

Nice kitties (-:

Never been a big cat lover, something seems to change lately, however. Besides, greek bookcrossers have a strong tendency towards cats (-;

Had the chance to admire those wonderful creatures at Mahalas, somewhere between eating and drinking. A lovely little book, thank you very much for sharing it! And I hope you enjoyed the 3rd Greek Bookcrossing Convention as much as we did. :-)

Journal Entry 18 by deadendmind from Athens - Αθήνα, Attica Greece on Tuesday, May 6, 2008
Lovely book, beautiful photos! I loved the idea of the instant bookring, thanks Cat207.

It was great to have you at the convention and thank you for the book!

I looked at it twice! :-)

Journal Entry 19 by eirini1 from Kallithea - Καλλιθέα, Attica Greece on Tuesday, May 6, 2008
I was one of the persons that i read it in 3rd Greek Bookcrossing Convention! It took me to read it just few minutes but I still remember the beautiful cats with the righ comments!
Thanks!

Journal Entry 20 by workaholicgr from Chania - Χανιά, Chania Greece on Wednesday, May 7, 2008
It's one of the coolest photo albums about cats. These pictures are far from ordinary and picture cats from a different approach. Anyways I thought the book is for girls rather than for boys and will appreciate it more.

Thank you for giving me the chance to read it.
Christos

I looked through this cat book at the dinner we had at "Maxalas" for the 3ed Greek bookcrossing conversion. It was a very nice surprice. :) I' d liked very much the names of the cats. They were funny! :)

Journal Entry 23 by Persefoni on Thursday, May 8, 2008
I think bookcrossers love cats! And I´m one of them of course! Very beautiful the cats of this book but, as I said during looking at it in "Mahalas" tavern in Chania, I see my own cat as the most beautiful of all!

Journal Entry 24 by a1pha from Thessaloniki - Θεσσαλονίκη, Thessaloniki Greece on Thursday, May 8, 2008
"Instant bookring" (is there an... "official" term?): what a nice idea!
Two or three of the photos were not something special, but the rest were great! My favourite photos: a cat looking at herself on the mirror, and a cat showing her teeth like a tiger!
(Thanks to efou for turning the pages at "Clock" cafe, 02 May 2008, Crete, during 3rd Greek BC Convention)

Thanks for sharing, cat207!

Journal Entry 25 by tzoutzou from Zografou - Ζωγράφου, Attica Greece on Sunday, May 11, 2008

Journal Entry 26 by cat207 on Thursday, May 15, 2008
Thank you everyone for your journal entries. Kitty made it home safe and sound, and will now curl up on the bookshelf to await her next excursion.

Mr Kilby - I'll bet you've got a few people wondering!

Journal Entry 27 by koishii from Thessaloniki - Θεσσαλονίκη, Thessaloniki Greece on Monday, June 2, 2008
It was purrfect!! The fact that I am a cat myself, made it even more fabulous and to the point - I learnt a couple of things to try on the humans around me, heheheh!! Thanks for bringing it at the convention!!
