I'm sorry, I'll have to post it when I get to Cornwall, unless I come across a Post Office on the way. So silly, when we live so close!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Great book. Ever since being hooked on the TV series about the Amish people, their lifestyle and gentle ways I have wanted to read books relating to them. This was a gripping story about a dead infant found in an Amish barn and the subsequent arrest of a young Amish girl accused of the child's murder.
I wonder though if such a scenario really happened the characters would have acted in quite the same way? I thought the young girl's father was very cold and unemotional but that was probably just a flaw in his personality rather than an Amish trait.
