Received as part of my NSSH package, complete with sticky squishy bugs and what felt like a whole packet of halloween confetti!!!
Really looking forward to reading this, his books make me laugh like a drain.

This finally made it to the top of my to be read pile. Took me a while to get inot it, a bit different from his others, but I did enjoy it. Whacky storyline, subversive goings on and lots of gritty gory parts to delight!
And, it amused me greatly that there was still a lot of halloween confetti stuck between the pages! Thank you again for this. I shall ponder now where to release this next.....

Wooo hoooo!
What a perfect present. Thank you thank you betty22 for this RABCK on my birthday! And for the sweeties too!
I heard a funny story about Christopher Brookmyre recently. At a Book Festival Event there was some discussion about his extensive use of swearing in his writing. Afterwards, at the Book Signing, a rather elderly lady in twin set and pearls came up to him and asked in her cut glass accent, 'Would you mind awfully, signing this fucking book?'
I'm so looking forward to reading this, in the quiet Autumn months. Thank you!
Updated... have just finished reading this and loved it, although it was a slower start than some of his other books. But what a finale, eh!
