Bought in preparation for my Tasmanian Odyssey...
I was both impressed and moved by this novel. While grim, gritty and at times devastatingly sad, the story is utterly absorbing and ends with a deftly-drawn note of hope for its central characters. The wild and, at times, hostile Tasmanian landscape is beautifully rendered, as is the scarred and broken landscape of protagonists Sonja and Bojan's hearts. The climactic passage for Bojan had me breathless and tense all over. Beautifully done.

Thank you Coffeebron. Looking forward to reading and releasing this one.

I saw someone with the book, grinning - it made my day! If I'd know it was you, I would've stopped and said hi, but I was enjoying the moment and wanted to remain 'hidden'. Hope you enjoy it!
Hard to follow the different timelines at first so initially was hard to get into, but so wonderfully woven together. A wonderful story bringing together so much.
I apologise for the delay in its release.
Enjoy!
