Excellent novel about two sons of a god. Somewhat similar to the hilarious God Oemsn in that it is also comedic with dark streaks, but this one is a bit less dark and a bit more philosophical.

borrowed from PenguinSilja. This is a candidate for the BCIE January 07 book. I haven't read anything by this author before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm really enjoying it, it's very easy to read and it's easy to identify with Fat Charlie Nancy.

Finally finished this book this morning. It got forgotten about over the Christmas but I got back into it this week. I kind of lost my way with it about half way through but I'm glad I stuck with it. It was an enjoyable book but maybe a little too long.

Thanks for the lend Silja, I'll bring it along with me the next time we meet up.

Merry Christmas - hohoho

I really enjoyed this book, humorous and the stories from mythology were woven in to make interesting reading.

I found the young female characters underdeveloped though, but did enjoy the concept of demigods. I would defiantly read another book by this author

Brought from Ireland by my daughter.
This story is all our stories.....the one we have and the one we hope we can have. How to join the two together and make the best life we can is what we all hope to achieve. And parental influence is there as well...whether we like it or not.
Really bizarre!
