The book was given to me. What a great book. A rich tale of two generations of women. The story of the cultural collision between the Chinese immigrant women and their Americanized daughters is a bittersweet tale of the mother daughter bond. One of the few books I would read again. I am looking forward to watching the movie. I will release the book this week.
