This book was really good.
I liked the part when the boy teared the ghost. I never knew that this book would be so cool. When I first looked at the front cover I thought this book is weird but when I opened it up and read it, it just made me surprised.

Oh!!! My Gosh!!
He is so wild but I predict that it was his dream because that can never happen. I think so.

Journal Entry 6 by super-gabe from Sandy, Utah USA on Monday, October 30, 2006
This story sounds just like the Super-Gabe stories that Grandma Clare makes up for Gabriel.
Gabriel enjoyed the adventures and funny pictures so much, he listened to Grandma read it twice.
The Wildest Brother is destined to become a family favorite.

Sharing a book with Caleb, Gabe, and Elijah is not a passive activity. These three boys usually relive the adventures with as much action and noise as possible. They LOVED helping Grandma Clare read this book, The Wildest Brother. They fought a man-eating monster, flushed the howling, moldy green ghosts down the toilet, protected Anna from tigers, foxes, and bears, and more.

During October 2006, the Caldwell family had this book in a bookring. Journal entry #6 belongs to Super-Gabe. The book was available at Paul's Birthday Celebration yesterday, and the Caldwells were very glad to have a second chance to read and journal THE WILDEST BROTHER.

Journal Entry 19 by 3CBoyz from Sandy, Utah USA on Thursday, February 7, 2008
Love love love this story.

I have one or maybe two 'wildest brothers' living in my house. I'm the Anna, I can totally relate to her unspoken frustration with the wildest brother. No one ever has time to help clean up the mess because they have to move on to the next rescue mission. Keeping up with them is a full time job. One I treasure, because without them who would rescue me from unseen imminent danger!

I laughed out loud when the wildest brother was seen flexing his big muscles in the mirror, that is a VERY familiar scene in my home. Followed by the every present question, "my muscles are so strong and huge, aren't they mommy?" and "are they bigger muscles than yours?".

Every house needs a wildest brother!

For the next two weeks, Oakcrest-Eagles will be using Paul's Pass-Along Books for a special reading project. This is one of the books Mrs. Ostler selected for the activity. The reading level, length, and storyline are perfect for beginning and early readers. We hope to add some interesting journal entries in the near future.

We appreciate the-grandsons for letting us borrow this one from their bookshelf.

On Thursday, our church primary had a Family Home Evening Festival. The children participated in several activities that they could repeat at home for home evening. I used this book, THE WILDEST BROTHER, for one of the lesson ideas.
The two main characters, Ben and Anna, demonstrate perfectly the beatitude, "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy."
The primary children, their parents, and their teachers LOVE this book!!!
Thank you, Pauls Books.

With families we need to be able to see the important things and help our loved ones with them. It is nice to have an older brother or sister to keep us safe from the night.
