Tales of A Female Nomad

Rita Golden Gelman is best known for her children's books. In her late forties, Rita and her husband separated, and she decided to do something she had always wanted to do -- become a traveler. She sold her possessions and has been a "nomad" since then.
In these days of high-stress/low reward careers, the author has done what so many of us fantasize doing: leaving it all behind and looking for adventure and true human connection on the road. This is a memoir of some of her experiences.
