Sorry it's taken me so long to get around to journalling this book! I just never had it with me when I got the chance to go online :) Anyway, thanks again -Virgilio- for giving it to me, I'm very happy I've now read some Dante. I found it really interesting to read, and now I've got to try to find Purgatory and Paradise in English, too. I quite like this translation, although I know there were things you didn't like about it. And it had a really helpful introduction and notes :) Without them, I certainly wouldn't have understood as much as I did.
I'll be passing this on to someone in a BC meet-up in Wien today. When I was in Firenze it crossed my mind that I should have released it there, but I had left it in my hostel room so I couldn't. Anyway, I thought I'd re-read it, and I'd still quite like to do so, but since I'm seeing bookcrossers here it makes sense to pass it on and pick up a new book or two.

Dear Verenka: I found the book in the "English Cinema Haydn" in Vienna next to some information about bookcrossing.com. It was one of six or seven waiting to be taken away and as I have always planned to read "The Divine Comedy" I thought: "Why not now?". So, thank you for placing it there. When I´ve finished it, I will release it "into the wild" again....
