I really liked "Bookends" by Jane Green, so I'm looking forward to reading this latest one of her books.
Reserved for Elina (Finland) after I've read it.
I finished the book last night and it was OK but I've read better and funnier chick lit. The idea to swap lives is not so unique and new to me because there are several shows on TV where people do exactly that. Also, I didn't like Amber.
I am going to pass the book on to Elina now.
Sent off to Elina this morning (along with a little surprise book)
Life Swap is now safely in Oulu, Finland. Thank you so much allbookedup for this book. I'll read it soon and then pass it on to MieLH in Denmark as wished by allbookedup.
Edit. Now I've read it and I have to agree with allbookedup, it wasn't that good. I read it quite fast, once I got started and it was entertaining enough to keep my attention. I think I've read couple of other books by Jane Green as well, but I can't remember if I liked them or not. Too much chick lit, I guess. :)
The book has now arrived in Denmark :) The paper it was wrapped in was completely torn, but a thoughtful postman had put a plastic bag around it. The book is fine.
I'm looking forward to reading this sometime. Don't know when it'll be though :/ My new job is taking up literaly all my time. Hopefully I'll get to it soon :)
Thanks for passing the book to me :)
This book was mailed to elis-fromSweden as a RABCK yesterday :) I hope it arrives in Sweden soon.
I never did read it. The book got tired of staying on the top of my shelf waiting for me to have time to give it some attention, so we both agreed that it should travel! Hopefully I'll get to it at a later time...
The book arrived today. Thank you so much for sending it to me. I will read it eventually. My pile of books to read seems to increase rather than decrease. But it is nice knowing there are a good book up ahead.
Started to read this book today. I put it in my bag to read while I commute to work.
I have now finished the book and it was totally OK but I had expected even more. I do feel that the characters grew on me during the story. I believe that Amber was turning out OK at the end. I have another one of Jane Green books (Babyville) waiting in line so I will give her books at least one more try.
This one will go into a virtual bookbox - who knows, maybe it'll be picked.
The book was picked, before christmas but now it will be sent. It will leave Europe and cross the big pond. I am looking forward to read the opinions on the book from the new readers to come.
Perhaps I will get an answer to wheather Amber's opinion on taking a bath feel genuine American. Cause all the Americans I have met just love taking baths.
I received this book yesterday in the mail. I picked it from the Anything Goes VBB Hosted by: bookworm2525
. I also got a bag of candy! Yum! Thank you so much! Like I told you, I didn't mind if you waited a while to mail the book. Thanks for sending it, Elis! :-)

I'm sorry I have had this one so long! I tried reading it and couldn't get into the story line. I have this thing about people who are materialistic, both main characters seemed to be materialistic, so I couldn't get into the story.
Saved for a bookbox.
