I read the first two books in this trilogy a couple years ago, and thoroughly enjoyed them for the escapist, over-the-top historical fiction that they are. But I was a little burnt out by the end of the second, and since there is such a dramatic shift in charcters in the third book, decided to take a break for awhile. I'll read this one before releasing.
Just as good and fun as its predecessors!
