Useful tips on a various of food topics, such as: varieties of apples; how to shop for a watermelon; how to ripe an avocado; storage and preparation tips plus some "insider" knowledge regarding the food and restaurant industry.

The rabbit I used to keep chewed the back cover off a little but otherwise in good condition.
