I found this fair-condition paperback (different cover than shown) in Nashua's Four Hills recycle center swap shop. It's the continuation of the story of Cassie Logan from the award-winning Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry, and presents a compelling tale of courage against many obstacles, from the viewpoint of a black family during the Great Depression.
