What you don't know can kill you!
In texas a serial killer is executed, taking to his grave the identity of his only child.
In Boston a nine-year-old girl is abandonned in a hospital, then adopted by a wealthy young couple.
Twenty years later, Melanie Stokes still considers herself lucky. Until...
Until the terrifying visions begin.
Until a has been reporter starts investigating her past.
Until the first note arrives saying...
YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE.

I am a huge fan of Lisa Gardner! This is her second book. I have two copies so I decided to release one! Her first book is a masterpiece! I guard that jealously!

I absolutely loved this book! It was a nice change of pace from the book I read before it. The ending was not what I was expecting at all. The twist really threw me off. I had such a hard time putting this book down. It kept pulling me back in. I am going to turn this into a bookring, so that others can experience this wonderful book.

Journal Entry 5 by thegoaliegirl from Vancouver, Washington USA on Monday, August 14, 2006
Would like to turn this book into a bookring. I loved this book and would love for others to have the chance to experience this book.

To help ensure that things run smoothly (or that is the plan anyhow), I've put together a few rough guidelines for this one. I know that some people take longer to read a book (busy, got a bunch of books to read before, work, etc)...

1. Please try to have this book read within 3 weeks. I know this isn't always possible, but if you make an effort to try that is all I can ask.

2. Please journal when you receive the book.

3. When about halfway through, please contact the next person on the list for their mailing address.

4. Please journal again when you've read the book and it is on its way.

5. Have fun! Reading is supposed to be fun!

If interested, please PM with your location and shipping preferences. I'll PM back. If you don't hear from me after a few days, then I didn't get your PM. My computer isn't set up yet due to lack of space in my current location, so I have to check my email at work. If you don't hear from me right away, please be patient. Thanks!

I could not put this book down. In fact I woke up at 3am and read until 6am this morning just to get it finished. It was well written and kept me guessing. When the mystery unravelled I found it a bit unbelievable and far fetched but who cares when it was so enjoyable.

Will contact the next person now for mailing details.
